Conditions for Return / Replacement

1. Return or replacement will only be applicable if the product received is incorrect (wrong item/size/color) or defective from the company’s side.
2. Before opening the product packaging, please record a proper uncut video without any pause or editing. This video is mandatory for any return or replacement request.
3. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and invoices intact.
4. Returns for reasons like “changed mind”, “size issue due to wrong selection”, or “no longer needed” will not be accepted.

How to Initiate Return

• Go to “My Orders” → Select the order → File Return / Replacement.
• Upload the mandatory unboxing video and clear photos of the defect/wrong item.
• Our team will review the request within 48 hours and approve if it meets the policy.
• Approved returns will be picked up by our logistics partner at no extra cost.

Refund Process

• Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product.
• Amount will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, Wallet, Card, or Bank).

We encourage customers to check products immediately upon delivery. Any misuse of the return policy may result in permanent blocking of the account.
